Jeanne trained in the workshops of Eduardo Cohen, Gilberto Aceves Navarro, and Robin Bond. She also studied watercolor with Alfredo Guati Rojo, drawing with Martha Ramírez from Bogotá, sculpture and ceramics with Ricardo Pedraza Pérez, materials techniques with Oscar Guttman, and art theory and history with Catalina Restrepo Leongómez and Luis Gerardo Huitrón. She created a series of prints under the direction of Pilar Bordes. She participated in Nunik Sauret's workshop. She has taught classes and workshops for children and young people, as well as for university students.

Her aesthetic moves naturally between figurative expressionism and abstraction, with her passion for unraveling the realms of consciousness and desire in her subjects occupying a central place. Like a pendulum, the portrait genre has oscillated between mimesis, the external, and psychological penetration, the internal; revealing in modernity a tendency towards caricature, simplification, and absurdity. Therefore, a compositional style like that of Jeanne Saade Palombo, which brings together both modes of capturing the self, arouses interest and urgency. Furthermore, her empathetic and profound gaze towards animals stands out, evoking and recalling great masters such as Albrecht Dürer, Francisco de Zurbarán, and Jan van Eyck.

Her work is part of the public collections of the Bank of Mexico (Mexico City), the National Museum of History (Chapultepec Castle, Mexico City), the University of the Cloister of Sor Juana (Mexico City), the Federico Silva Museum (San Luis Potosí, SLP), and the Manuel Felguérez Museum of Abstract Art, among other institutions. She has participated in numerous auctions, solo and group exhibitions, primarily in the United States and Mexico. Highlights include "The Others" at the Naomi Silva Gallery in Atlanta, Georgia (USA, 2009); and the ambitious installation "Of Hedgehogs, Foxes, and Other Personalities," which brings together unconventional portraits, video, and photographs of several important figures in the art world, at the Museo del Chopo and later at the Museo-Casa de la Primera Imprenta, Festival del Centro Histórico (Mexico City, 2009). and The Empire of Memories at the National Museum of Historyin Chapultepec Castle (Mexico City, 2002), which explores the dreams and hallucinations of Empress Carlota during her stay with Emperor Maximilian of Habsburg in Mexico. She has been selected for the painting biennials of Puebla, Zacatecas, and Monterrey, and received an award at the Museum of Latin American Art in Los Angeles, California (MOLAA; USA, 2006). At the Federico Silva Museum of Contemporary Sculpture (San Luis Potosí, SLP, 2023), she presented Spiritual Labyrinths, reflecting on narratives from different cultures that prepare for the transition between life and death. She presented The Feminine Beyond the Body at Casa Nuestra, the historic Xicoténcatl headquarters of the Senate of the Republic (2023). The Manuel Felguérez Museum of Abstract Art (Zacatecas, Mexico, 2024) hosted her exhibition Intuitions of Infinity

Through the diversity of her production, in terms of themes, supports, techniques, and materials, we discover a unique language, a reservoir of symbols, calligraphies, gestures, and visual resources that weave and formulate what is commonly called style. For this reason, it is only logical to recognize in the aesthetics of Jeanne Saade Palombo a unique vision and a distinctive voice, making her an essential reference point in contemporary art.
