STATEMENT

I am a visual artist who explores the visible body through painting and sculpture, challenging the expectations and restrictions that alienate our emotional and spiritual realities.

My work goes beyond the form of the female body, fragmenting and distorting accepted identity to explore new possibilities of individuality. I use distortion to question cultural norms of beauty, manifesting the body's sensory existence and redefining identity.

My bizarre and monstrous characters create a dialogue between the banal and the sacred, revealing silenced stories through images. I explore themes such as gender roles and motherhood, integrating narrative fragments into my creative process.

The lived body reconfigures collective memory, and my art seeks an experience of the world's fracturing. I use mixed media to create representations of the body that address the coexistence of visible and invisible realities.
